Default KT blind defense vs LAG

Opponent is around 55/25/1.5 LAG, but not moronically so. This was an interesting hand I played against him.

Who check-raises flop, who bet-3bets? What about river? What is my action if he raises my bet?

Who just c/c the river? What does my river bet accomplish?

Who calls flop and check-raises turn?

Just curious about the validity of my line.

I cap the flop. Lead the turn call a raise and get to SD. If i dont get raised on the turn I go ahead and bet the river.

A lot of the lines you talk about are very close in EV, but I think one thing about this hand stands out as a clear mistake: checking the turn.

after 3betting me on the flop he bets this turn 100% of the time

whether or not he did it with QJ or [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img][img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or Tx or AA still means a bet on the turn.

Hm well that is an interesting point. He would bet AK/AQ on the turn here as well?

i dont mind the flop but i think we ought to lead the turn, and we might even be able to fold to a raise (maybe). On the flop it's obvious you either have a pair or a draw, so he rarely bets this turn w/out a hand because you're not likely to fold to his bet. i think we need to bet this and protect against a possible free card/get value on our top pair in case he checks behind.

No idea

I'm assuming he would if he'd 3bet it, unless he was 3betting for a free card which would be an amazing move on his part

If that turn was the spade I would have bet it...but pretty much every "free card" hand improved, and I assumed he'd keep firing regardless.

No way I'm folding TP2K to this guy Especially since I have an agressive image and he's probably noticed.

But yeah, getting raised on the turn is the main reason I didn't bet it. It would put me in a horrible spot.

Usually I cap the flop, though I can see your way too if he always bets the turn. On the river I think you should checkraise.
