Anyone host a site on hostsave? Any good other suggestions?

I ran into HostSave who seems to be new but offers 500GB tranfers a month for $12.95/mo, and a fairly nice amount of storage as well. Anyone have any experience with them or any other good suggestions for a decent host that is still fairly cheap for hosting?
