Default KQ (str8 draw) against steal-raise.

Villain is TAG with good stats (19/9/2.5)
So what about flop - should I 3bet here? Isn't it too weak to 3bet?
On flop - check/raise here? I like bet/reraise more because I have great chance to fold better hand (Ax) with turn bet.
On the turn - bet/fold or bet/call? Bet to represent flush here but if raised - fold or not?

I feel I misplayed this on every street...

I think a flop check-raise accomplishes the same thing for less money, unless he 3-bets you in which case you know to check-call the turn rather than bet call.
