30/60 a9s BB
30/60 7 handed. dealt Ah9h in the BB. no real reads.
what do you think? UTG folds, UTG+1 limps, utg+2 limps, folded to me i check. flop: As Kd 4s hero 3 bets, utg+1 calls, utg+2 raises, hero 3 bets, both villains call. turn As Kd 4s 2h hero bets, both villains call. river As Kd 4s 2h 5s hero checks, utg+1 bets, utg+2 raises, hero folds. |

Re: 30/60 a9s BB
FWIW, I would have played it the exact same way. I don't even really see a good argument for any other way to play it, on any street.

Re: 30/60 a9s BB
Agreed.
Except, wait, there might be an argument for betting the river.... |

Re: 30/60 a9s BB
so i take it you would fold after betting then being raised and reraised? what about just one raise?

Re: 30/60 a9s BB

would you have raised? [/ QUOTE ] Are you asking me? That's what I was suggesting with my post, but wanted to see what others thought. I thought this was a pretty simple raise from the BB with ATs or KJs so A9s can't be far off. |

Re: 30/60 a9s BB
i thought about raising but just decided to check and see a flop given my position. a raise might have been better i suppose. a9s is like 47% equity against 2 random hands but these hands arent really random. although they probably arent that great either.
