You need to bet at least 300 on the flop to me. If he re-raises you can lay down to the flush. If he just calls and then hits his four, well that's poker. He probably won't call the 300 with pocket fours, at least I hope he wouldn't.

Classic example of the Royal Vegas mini-raise. Don't do it, I play on Royal Vegas, see it all the time in MTTs.
