Default semi-bluff w/99 gets snapped: priced in?

MP2 and Me and have been going back forth a lot. Steals and re-steals and bluffs and split pots the whole works. Overall from datamining he is aggro preflop and on the flop and then plays later streets passively. With a big pair I would expect him to lead into me for atleast 3/4 of the pot. Maybe he is aware of that expectation when he bet 1/2 pot on the flop, maybe he isn't it: but betting half there was a green light to me. When he pushes on the flop I'm getting 3.5 to 1 and guesstimating that I'm already ahead 30% of the time or more I've got a call already. Thoughts?

As I review this hand I think everything is textbook w/ the exception of the flop raise which was read dependent. Ignore this post.
