boldest bluff of my life
i very rarely put in more than a single continuation bet. one thing that made me think i should, at least occassionally, was reading zeejustin's blog.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t1000 (9 handed) converter MP1 (t52957) MP2 (t1343) MP3 (t6882) Hero (t13352) Button (t13160) SB (t40496) BB (t36409) UTG (t12332) UTG+1 (t33069) Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 5 folds, Hero raises to t2500, 1 fold, SB calls t2000, 1 fold. Flop: (t6000) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, Hero bets t2500, SB calls t2500. Turn: (t11000) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, Hero bets t8352 (All-In), SB folds. Final Pot: t19352 very early in the final table of empire 25+2. neither me nor villain has done anything. i do have PT stats on him though, and they're something like pfr 10%, vol. put $ in 24%. that means he's putting in chips (either d or limping) without raising a significant amount of the time. if villain was watching my last table, he'll think i'm aggro. incidentally, how much do you pay attention to the other table when you're down to 2? i had a little, but i wished i had a lot more when we got here. |
