Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
Early hand at the FT, and no real reads. This one haunted me in my dreams.

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
any reason you didn't re-raise PF? i think the rest of the hand would play out a lot easier.

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
Thats tough, it probably means you are beat though. I dont think you could have/should have done anything differently.

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
Tough hand, but I think what you want to do is call the flop and reevaluate on the turn.

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
I think the only hands you can reasonably be ahead of are KQs or 810s (on a steal.) The only A i can see him making this move with, that you have beat, is A10. I would fold this and be pissed about it as well.
So without any reads, i let myself get timed out, then about a minute later type in the chat box "AHHH XXXXXXX CONNECTION. HAD 99." Hope that helped. Jason |

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
What was the point of the almost min flop raise?

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
It wasn't a min raise.

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
Its essentially a minraise, there's not much difference between going from 12-26 and 12-24. I just dont see what you're trying to accomplish with it. I think its a WA/WB situation most of the time and let him continue to bet into me.

Re: Hand 2 from Stars 11+R
I think I call the flop as well and re-evaluate the turn. If he fires again it would be a close decision though, not sure which way I would go.
