Default Sklansky\'s playing face up hold\' em

Just a theoretical question...

Average 10/20 game. 3 dollar drop. Everybody plays with the cards face up. Does David Sklansky (a top-notch EV bread winner) have a chance to beat this game against your average 10/20 guys? I tend to think the average player would make quite a few EV mistakes trying to play their best. Factor in tilt and a pure will to gamble...I still think this game would be beatable...anyone else?

We would probably win by asking some average bears to go all-in with AdAs on a flop of 9c 6d 3c while he held 8c7c. If he did this enough, he could make up a lot over the long run. . .stuff like that. . .
