I'm suppressing all my natural urges to make any of a number of wise-ass comments that immediately come to mind and giving you credit for being serious.

I recognize, personally, symptoms of either depression or hypothyroidism. Both can be easily diagnosed by your doc. Make an appointment. Life is not meant to be spent as you describe yours.

find another human (presumably) and lay them. This is also guaranteed to stop any unwieldy downswings.
