Default Eurobet software problems

I recently set up an account with Eurobet, b/c of a rakeback deal. I downloaded the software, and created my account. Then I click the cashier button, and nothing happens. As I fish around the lobby, I notice a number of other buttons are not working for me either, like e-message help, and poker homepage.
I've tried re-installing the software...same problem.
I have accounts at Party and Empire....they work fine.
I emailed Eurobet support team.....the suggested a Pop up blocker is the problem, but it's not. I don't have a pop up blocker, and like I said, cashier button works fine for other affiliates. (they're not much help)

Anyone else ever have this problem, or at least have any theories on why I'm having this issue. Much appreciated.

You might have a popup blocker and not know it. A lot of the IE toolbars (Google, etc.) have blockers built into them.

just to be sure it's not pop-ups.

try holding down the control key next time you click on a link that hasnt been working for you. if still no dice, I am at a loss.

You may have your firewall filtering traffic. Also you may have scripts, ActiveX, and whatever else disabled at IE. Allow it for eurobet.com and cepoker.com sites. Better put these sites to Trusted Sites at Security tab in Tools > Internet Options.
