Default Pushing too hard with flush draw?

Do we like the open raise here? I've been having lots of success with it as of late, but do we think it is too loose?

the 3 players left to me have been pretty tight and thought I have bought lots of blinds at this table.

Capping the flop standard? Or just call his 3 bet, c/c turn and c/f river?

Default Re: Pushing too hard with flush draw?

1. Pre-flop open raise is standard at this level in my opinion.

2. I personally prefer to bet the flop and then call the raise back to me, with the intention of donk-betting a non- [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] turn. The basic reason is the one displayed in your post: on such a draw heavy board, there is plenty of potential that my opponent will freak out on the flop with a hand I'm still beating. I don't want to spew tons of bets with this marginal hand on the flop when the turn will likely give me a much better idea where I'm at (I'm fine check-folding to a [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] turn for example) and where the flop bets can mean so many different things. I also really don't like to have to lead back this turn if the flop is capped holding only second pair.
