boring story. basically an arbitrator cut off Selig's nuts. Kenny Rogers' suspension reduced to 13 games, fine converted to a charitable contribution (tax break) and missed games must be taken into consideration when determining incentive kickers in Rogers' contract.

I agree Bud Selig deserves much of the criticism he recieves but the guy is basically powerless.

If anything, 20 games was short. It sucks for his team, but he should have taken that into account.

Tough spot for Selig to be as 'outraged' as he would want us to believe.

I have no clue what penelties I would impose without giving it much thought, but for him to on one hand dish out only 10 games for juicing and then on the other, 20 games for this is what I would consider outrageous.

To me, it just shows that his priorites are all out of wack.
