Default Another easy fold of second nuts?

PLaying 2-4 nl pn Prima. I just sat down, but villans in this hand are both generally solid, aggresive, winning players.

I limp in mp2 with A3 suited after 1 limper. Villan Limpers in the CO. Flop comes 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Limper bets out 16, this could be a flush draw, so I raise to 48. Im assuming the hand ends there but then the CO moves allin for 320 extra. If he did this with a draw, which I doubt, it would have the be the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I have never seen villan get outta line in an unraised pot like this. Is there any way I can call this bet?
