HUGE POT. How badly did I misplay this hand?

well... I just lost the biggest pot of my life.

Should I have folded the flop? If I would have put him on anything better than me it wouldve been a higher pair or 99.. He was playing pretty good before.

You just committed a 180BB stack on a single pair hand post flop. To me that seems a little bit of an odd move.

I think I would have raised the flop a lot higher (after your call there was ~$600 in there). Raise about the pot or not at all. If this gets called by anyone I'm done unless the turn brings a J.

Alternatively call the $100, see how many get to the turn and play from there.

You got totally carried away here and played it atrociously. Don't worry, most of us have done something similar in the past.

As someone else said, just call the flop, or make it $600 and give up if called.

You are beating absolutely nothing on the turn/river, even 78 hit.

also just a note, if you're going to post hand histories like this please clean it up a little bit, maybe even with your thought behind each street. that'll help your own thinking process as well.
