Please tear apart this play - Got lucky

Okay game is 1/2 limit, I am SB and I have QJ off. There is a raise PF and 2 callers before me, I call and BB calls.

Flop comes Q J A. I check to see action. BB bets and gets all four to call and I call.

Turn comes 3, I check and BB bets gets 2 callers and I raise. Everyone calls.

River comes Q, I bet and get called BB and button. I win with the full house.

Now I know that the AQ had me beat but no one was representing, where else did I go wrong.

Fold preflop.

Check/raise/cap the flop.

Bet turn after raising/cap, call down if raised.

Check/raise/cap the river.

Yeah, yer right aK, I played it wrong and in how wrong I played I got a good pot... but that is a loosing play most the time.
