Too much.

You really don't have enough equity to 3-bet that turn and the betting on the previous rounds suggest you're beat on the river.

with 12 outs (maybe even 14) i think the flop action is ok.

if you think there is any chance that you win the pot by betting, the turn bet is ok. but i hate the 3-bet. there isn't any chance that you will win the pot with it and you have a pot equity disadvantage.
the river is close since the pot is big, but i would fold in this case anyway. there is simply no drawing hand (and definitely not 2) that is good enough to warrant all the raises and (cold)calls.

I dont like the turn three bet. At that point i would just call his raise and depending on the opponent i would probably fold the river
