Either check behind on the turn or pot it. Either fold the river or push it. Without reads, I go the conservative route.

after he calls your flop raise you need to check behind the turn. Since he is new to the table you have to give him credit for having a hand since he bet out and called a raise on a paired A high flop. If he bets out on a non diamond river the pot will be smaller and you can call if you think he is capable of bluffing.
