Temporary License in AC Q

So I just renewed my driver's license. Apparently now Washington State farms out their license production, so I've got a temporary for a week. It's likely that I will end up being in AC before the real one arrives. That means that i will be using a piece of paper as a license. I have my old one, as backup- should I expect issues?

old one should be fine. or a passport.

whats wrong with the one old? most likely they aren't going to check expiration date on it. it's not like they are all that strict in AC anyway. Also, in NY, paper temporary IDs are fairly common and usually accepted, so one might think it transfers to AC some.

Your old one and your paper renewal are valid identification, just like your new one will be. You do need both, however.
