I just got done reading the professor,banker,and suicide king. It's the story of the big game between Andy Beal and a group of the top 10-20 players in the world. It is likely not a new subject to most of you. My question is it ever going to happen. As recently as March Cardplayer had Beal accepting Doyle's compromise. But i haven't heard anything since. I know from the book that the most active time they call played was during the world series, so I thought there might be some new dirt/gossip out there on this.

Disputes were over who was gonna have the tape of the event. Beal wanted the exclusive rights, so that if he could make all the profits off of this regardless of who won. Not sure where it stands now, but nothing has happened for quite a while.
