Casino Bonus Q: not poker

I played at William Hill for the first time last month. I cleared one of the 25 GBP but the other busted. I have 80 WR left. How does this month work then? I have logged on and still see my 75 GBP from last month. Where can I verify the 25 more GBP in bonus chips before I start? I was under the impression that I didn't have to redeposit there. What am I missing?

try tranfering some chips from poker to the casino.
then it should show on the main page or cashier
your bonus chips.

Transfer your balance from the casino to your main account, then back to the casino. At that point, the bonus will be added and your new WR will be displayed.

Thanks for the help. Just one problem. I can't find any spot to make any transfers. When I play WH, I play poker and have used chips from the same account for Pontoon. However, with Littlewoods, I don't have a poker account yet. When setting that one up, should I create a new account or use my existing account?
