Call down?

My WTSD% is low 31.5% over 12k hands at 2/4. I am in a 100BB downswing. It feels like every time I call down some one shows me 5 of a kind. Villain is 38/25, pretty typical LAGgy player.

hand 1 maybe bet/fold, or check/fold the turn, though if he's real LAGy, and might make a bluff/raise and will autobet when you check then your line is ok.

Hand 2 i would cap PF. he'll probably be 3betting really light after your button raise. since you didn't though, raise flop. after calling flop though, raising turn would be bad. on river calling is probably best since a raise won't get paid off too often, and if behind you'll likley be 3bet. also, a LAG could well 3bet river with a worse hand if he thinks you're capable of folding.
