Default How often should I have winning sessions at limit omaha hi ?

Hi. I've had about 2 winning sessions out of my last 5 or 6. It seems sometimes the cards are cold as hell or something. I haven't gotten PT omaha yet, should I ? I like the Hold'em PT so I'll probably get it. If a winning limit omaha hi player would kindly post their stats, I'd appreciate it just so I knew where the guidlines were. Thanks.

Six sessions is way too small a sample to draw conclusions. Sounds like simple bad luck. Unfortunately, I don't have any limit Omaha-High stats.

"Sessions" are not a particularly useful concept, except for taxes. Poker is really one big session of hands, so the statistic you should be worring about is win rate/hand. It is far too early to have any good idea what your win rate is.

(Of course, there is another, completely useless, answer to your question, expressed as the probability of a positive session of a fixed length based on your win rate and standard deviation.)
