Depends on the read.

If you believe him fold. If you think he's trying to bluff, at least call it down.

My read was that he played too many hands, but wasn't particularly aggressive, so I folded. But I had only been here for about 30 hands so I wasn't sure what type of player he was, exactly. I was focusing most of my read energy on the two players sitting next to me.

2 pair or he flopped a set, Its fold or call down mode...

I think call down is probably best, folding to a turn raise is weak-tight and will get alot of people trying to steal the pot (If they notice).

I think your line is good. The calling station woke up on the turn. It happens a lot and its a pretty predictable play by a lot of players at the PP 1/2. I'd fold here more often than call down.
