Default NL vs Cash Game...Explain to a noob...

Guys,
I've been playing mirco-limit limit hold'em for awhile, and feel I have reudamentry understanding of the game. Of course with NL being so popular, I can play the game okay when i'm playing a house game etc.

However, I was wondering how much more harder NL is from Limit or vice versa...just wanted t get some feedback.
Also, what are some recommened readings for NL cash games that are a big help, such as SSH is now basically the bible for Small Stakes Limit Hold'em games.

I think NL is easier to play if you're cut out for it. It's far less boring and potentially far more profitable. However it does punish laziness, inexperience and lack of discipline far more harshly.

For SS Limit vs SS NL, NL is ahead on all counts, it requires less effort and is more profitable imho.
