DUI v. OUI v. DWI
I know what they all stand for, but what's the difference? Do they differ by state? DUI = Driving Under the Influence OUI = Operating Under the Influence DWI = Driving While Intoxicated |

In NY
DWI - Is driving while intoxicated on alcohol. DUI - Is driving under the influence of any other drug. DUI is a harsher penalty. Orange |
