2 thoughts:
My post flop bet was too small, but after that min-reraise, I have to put him on a big pair or AK. In thinking back on it, it seems more unlikely to be re-raised with AK at this level - I think most just call it.

On the turn, I should have pushed, and was too scared of the AK.

I'm assuming this preflop raise from you was you "mixing it up" for a hand?!? So other than the fold preflop line....

Reraise the flop. You only have about $20 behind, so a push is in order here. You flopped a straight and have 9 outs to a flush. You are probably best right now, but with this board you are vulnerable. (And even if you are beat by a better straight, you have the flush to fall back on). If you push here you still have some fold equity. Clear push after the minraise.
