Question regarding UKBetting Casino

I'm dipping my toes into casino whoring, and obviously the Crypto bonuses are near the top of my list.

While TotalBet and UKBetting both claim that they don't allow US players, I was still able to download the software from TotalBet and then use my log-in information from my poker account to get into TotalBet Casino.

UKBetting, however, won't even allow me to download their software if I put down that I'm from the United States. Nor can I seem to use my poker log-in information on the non-download site.

I know there are a lot of people here who casino whore UKBetting Casino from the U.S., and my question is whether you simply lied when downloading the software, and then used your poker log-in information exactly like with TotalBet, or if you found another way.

I understand that to some extent it's a moot point, since the T&C clearly state that I'm not allowed to use either site's casino, and I'll probably eventually have my accounts closed and possibly my remaining balance confiscated from both sites. But it still seems that simply ignoring the T&C is better than outright lying to them, if only because in the former case they may consider giving me back my initial deposit.
