Yes. CO probably has two pair or thinks you had just Q's.

For starters I don't like calling this PF. I'm either raising and tryng to get it heads up w/ CO, or I'm folding. Flop and Turn are good. Raise and reraise that river, I find it extremely hard to believe that CO has your set beat.

agree about PF. as far as the flop goes i may just call and pop the turn.

You're right, this is an ideal situation to allow someone to improve to a second best hand on this non-threatening board

Edit: I just noticed there was a flush draw out, definitely raise because no ones folding a flush draw

Probably best to raise preflop, and you absolutely need to 3 bet the river. The King doesn't complete a single draw that beats you besides CO open limping KK (which I suppose is possible, but he'd probably play the flop more aggressively) and its pretty dang unlikely he hit a straight on the flop, since the 7 just completes a gutshot, not an OESD.
