Default JJ in MP with blinds 75/150

No read on players, but table has been pretty tight with at least 1 raise every hand or almost every hand. My questions are, how should I have played the flop / turn differently?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (8 handed) converter

I think it's standard until the turn but when the ace hits and he bets out again, unfortunately, you usually have to fold here. What's the buyin?
