A5o flopping top pair against maniac

Maniac is ~90% VPIP and ~70% PFR, my kind of guy. Also will bet second pair and worse down to the river, but isn't so aggressive to cap every round of betting.

3 folds, CO calls, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: (3.40 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Button folds, Hero...

3-bets for value? Calls and check/raises the turn for value? Calls and check/calls to river?

I personally vote for calling and check/raising the turn because it's very likely I have the best hand and it's the best way to extract money off of the villain. Thoughts?

i would call and check raise the turn if a heart or non scare card hits. otherwise im calling and betting out the turn.

What would be a scare card here? There's no possible overcards to our pair, no possible straight draws, and I'll be damned if I worry about him backing into a club flush. Or do you mean a possible scare card for him?
