Not bad, but you need something more elaborate than ***STAMP***.

You need something like a big logo that says USELESS THREAD on it, with really bright obnoxious colors. Something that really lets the OP know they've been pwned. Maybe someone who's good with MS paint could make one.

I think you should use the subject "WARNING: USELESS THREAD" or similar on all your posts rather than using the subject of the parent. It makes it more clear to people quickly skimming the forum that they should skip the thread (if they are viewing Expanded at least).
