no, this looks like a valueless bet situation in which you get called or raised by a better hand, and will rarely if ever get called by a worse hand. I don;t think a worse hand calls or a better hand folds here, so I think a check is the right call.

I have trouble finding any reasonable starting hand for this player, except for a pair of 9s. With his calls throughout on ragged catches, the best hand he can catch is a set or two pair, since most the Ts and Js and clubs are gone, he cant be drawing to much. So here's the three possibilities on your bet
1.) You bet, he won't call a river bet with only a pair of 3s, especially when theyre showing, so you gain nothing.

2.) He WILL call two pair, and his most likely hand is 9s over 3s, but all his cards are over yours so any improvement is enough. If you bet, he calls with two pair and you lost an extra bet you could have saved.

3.) You bet, he raises: you are up against a set, minimum. Its almost impossible he had a big pair hidden, and it this point he cant really raise even if he did because you look like you may have hit a flush or even aces up. If youre raised here, he caught some goofy ass draw or spiked a set of 3s or whatever his hidden pair was and you've once again lost a bet.
