Default do they keep records on every hand in the WSOP?

Do they keep hand histories for every hand played in the WSOP? On t.v. you can know everyone's hole cards but does this only happen for the final few tables? Or are all hole cards for the whole tournament kept?

They only have cameras on the featured table.

They have no way of knowing the cards at all the other tables.
