VISA CArd "ENTROPAY"

Does anyone see any use for this expensive VISA card for online gambling or anything else? I can see a use case where a person can't obtain a regular credit card.

An EntroPay Account is the prepaid account from which you load money onto EntroPay VISA Cards. Monetary value has to be added to the EntroPay Account from your personal credit/debit card before it can be loaded onto an EntroPay VISA Card.
There are currently three ways to top-up (i.e. to put money into) your EntroPay Account. You can top-up your EntroPay Account using your VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card or via a debit card (Solo, Maestro, Delta or VISA Electron).
