I don't understand turn call.

obviously you put him on 88-TT or a 7 on the turn.

I assume this guy likes snapping off continuation bets but doesn't check raise semibluff thus you didn't put him on flush draw?

At first I thought he was trying to steal the pot, then represent the flush on the turn, on the river I insta-called.

his range seemed like 88-1010, possibly could have flopped the house, but i doubted it.

i'd say his hand range is 5x, 7x, 88/99 or a smaller pair. you're ahead of 88,99, all smaller pairs and 7x except for 77 but his flop checkraise increases the frequency of 5x being shown.

Unless villian is a complete idiot, he has to assume you might have an overpair. The checkraise could have been a semi bluff counter to your AK type continuation bets. But the diamond and bet on the turn says you're probably beat by 5x or a flush, and I would probably reluctantly fold.

Luckily you called and got to see another 5 to give you a shot at a boat over flush situation. But, my feeling is you got beat by quads?!?

Nope, he turned over KK, which confused me, a lot.

did he have K of d?

I mean he must know you didn't have flush or 5.

I don't think he played it that badly.

I think I really picked an awful spot to call down here, that being said, his slow play pre-flop makes me want to throw up.
