The turn is really odd. I'm expecting to get check-raised and I'm not sure what I'd do - I can't imagine you're ahead very often.

I was basically bet-folding there, but then that could have left money in the pot, I just couldn't be cool with giving a free river.

With the flop cap and that river, you are beaten 95% of the time IMO.

Problem is, with that size of a pot you're still losing very little on a river call even if you are sure 95% of the time. You only need to be losing 92% of the time to break even. I'd call that river just to save my sanity
