Default Interesting cashout question.?

Is it possible to tranfer money to someone in a country that doesnt require them to pay taxes on their "winning", then get the money from them?

You'd still have to pay taxes on the money that person gave you.

Maybe you find playing cards with Bubba for cigarettes or something else "interesting" but I'm pretty sure most people here don't.
