Default Book name Abbreviations

Forgive me, for i am new here...
ive searched around, but i cannot find a list of book abbreviations anywhere...

I have figured out a few from context, but there many i still dont know...

anyone care to point me in the right direction?
is there a post with the abbreviations listed?

Well, here are some:

2+2 books:

GTOT - gambling theory and other topics
HLSFAP - hi/lo split poker for advanced players
HOH - harrington on holdem
HPAP/HFAP/HEFAP - holdem poker for advanced players
ITPM - inside the poker mind
POP - psychology of poker
SSH/SHE - small stakes hold'em
TOP - theory of poker
TPAP - tournament poker for advanced players
7CFAP - 7stud for advanced players


non 2+2 books:

ITH - internet texas holdem
IYP - improve your poker
MLH - midlimit holdem
PL&NLP - potlimit and nolimit poker
SS - super system
WLLH - winning lowlimit holdem
