Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

UTG is very taggy. BB and CO are fairly bad players.

i prefer to fold preflop.

when UTG 3bets the flop we're hoping for AsKs or something like that? i don't see how you're ahead on the turn.

You are wrong. And I say this with the warmest regards. People do fold overpairs. I do it all the time. Take a look at this hand. Pretend you were UTG and had QQ. The board is double paired. It looks like I have a 4. I play a hand with a 4 just like this.

Now I know it doesn't happen often. But the question is does it happen enough to be profitable?

and further krishan hasn't even mentioned the other two people in the pot who, if they don't have a 2 or 4, have a million outs combined.

I disagree. Look at the hand. The board is double paired. If you are behind, you are drawing to 2 outs. It is a protected pot with 2 other players. If he folds it's not a bad fold by any stretch.
