new user, classified ads: reliable and safe?

I was just wondering if the classified ads were reliable and safe to use...if anyone has ever gone through them, could you tell me a little bit about it?

I have rakeback through one of the affiliates that I found in the classifieds at 2+2 and I've never had a problem.
