Online Poker- Is it Rigged???

I've never been one to buy into conspiracy theories, and my online experience over the past few years had always been a good one. However, I started playing on a site that shall remain unnamed a few months back, and have been disturbed by how the cards have been falling in the lower limits. It seems, in the .50 and lower no-limit games, that when two playes go all-in the dog wins the pot half the time. This is based only on a month of keeping track, granted, and only pots I have been involved with, but something just doesn't seem right. And it would make sense for a site- in no-limit games, if the good players clean out the bad ones too fast, the house loses money. So what's the fix? Has anyone done any reaseach on the legitimacy of on-line shuffles?

I'm thinking of starting a poll something like this:

Do you think B&M casinos starts "is online poker rigged?" polls to scare people from playing online so they will play in B&M casinos instead? And if so, is WireySpinde11 associated with one of them?

The other day I met the CEO of party poker. We were in an opium den in southeast asia, and he was laying on top of a pile of money with the hookers. He was telling me about how he was getting super rich thanks to his rigged poker site and how he was going to crank up the bad beats so that he could buy a new private jet made of gold. We played some cards and I noticed that he used two decks, and would routinely pull cards out of the second deck to replace his hole cards. All of the time he was calling me a sucker. I lost all my money and on the way out he stole my watch while I wasn't looking.

So in conclusion,

I'm not saying I'm an expert, and I'm not complaining about a bad beat- I'm actually up since I've been playing at this site. There were just some things that concern me, and I'm asking... has anyone come out and shown that its NOT rigged?
