I don't know why he would invest so much. Enemy is a money dropping fish, 60%/53%/1.25 pf aggression. The past few orbits he's gone to the river and folded to a raise or single bet.

If the villain was a thinking player, I'd say misclick.
But since he was a maniac, I'd guess busted flush draw/bluff raise that went wrong. You should be thanking the poker gods when one of these guys sit at your table, because they're not only willing to pay you off with nothing, they actually volunteer to give you more money.
