Default stuck in a rut

ive been stuck in a rut of bad beats and impossible folds for a week, its run me down 15 buyins of the limmit i play, i know im a winning player but it seems like no matter how good my hand is even if its the nuts and the second nuts has one out left to hit ie Q29 i hold QQ he holds 99, that 9 hits and im out another buyin. i can usualy get over one or 2 in a day by telling myself that i played it right and thats all that matters but [censored] im gettin discouraged, i dunno nobody really needs to repond to this im just typing it in here so i dont have to bitch at freinds

Happens. If you need a break in order to refocus on your A-game then break, if you're strong and disciplined, skip the break and keep grinding.
Don't give up. :/
