Default Two straight hands...

I was taking a break from the limit grind and was windin down with some $100 NL. Comments on both hands appreciated...

1. I'd rather raise the turn with 2 flush draws out there. Given that u didn't, river is fine.

2. Might not have needed the huge over bet. but okay given that you are vulnerable to a K,Q or paired board. I think you'd like the set to call here - is he going to call the massive bet with 1 card left? Without reads, I think the only hand that calls you is KQ when you are beat

1 - Definitely raise the turn. The 2 flush draws and the board pairing suck here, and he may not give you credit for the straight. On the river, I consider checking behind, as much of the time, your river bet won't be called by a weaker hand. If he pushes, you're priced in to call, and not like it.

2 - I think your raise is too big. Everything but KQ folds. Since two straight draws just got there, this may reasonably fold sets also. Either check-raise not quite so much (enough to give draws crappy odds), or lead.
