Does 1/2 at party clear bonuses any faster than .50/1

im trying to clear the july reload bonus asap without a potential dent to my roll...

does the 1/2 clear the bonus a lot faster than the .50/1?

Yes. More pots are raked at 1/2 than .5/1 or 2/4.

the thing though, if you have rakeback, playing the required number of hands for the 100 dollars.. you would end up with close to a 100 dollars in rakeback no?

at 1/2 that is.

I dunno, but I doubt it. It takes me about 1600 hands to reach $100 in rakeback, and that's at $5/10 6max.

0.5/1 and 1/2 games are both raked at $5 2/4 is raked at $20
A very high % of 1/2 hands are raked, but its not that much faster than 0.5/1 It's about 1000 hands of 0.5/1 to clear the $100 and maybe 750 @ 1/2
I think it would be a bad idea to move up just because the bonus clears faster.

clearing a bonus is MUCH more profitable than rakeback.
At 0.5/1 you need almost 10000 hands to get $100 rakeback
1/2 about 6000
2/4 about 3500

The other thing to consider is don't play for rakeback on the same site you whored a bonus. The bonus is deducted from your MGR, effectively you lose $25 in rakeback by clearing a $100 bonus. Or to put another way, you have to play another 2500 or so hands @ 0.5/1 before you start getting rakeback.
I whore the Party and Empire bonuses, but play most hands for rakeback at Euro where they have crappy bonuses.

What does the "500 deposit required for max" part mean? I did the same reload bonus on party and deposited $100 figuring it to be the maximum amount of bonus I could get. Could I have gotten more bonus out of it or something?

100 deposit x 20% bonus = $20 Bonus
