Default 3 bet to me PF w/ AQs

IT happens ever now and then, and being new, i could use some advice. I try to very rarely CC any raises except with a pocket pair or occasional AK, but i had a hand today that made me think

UTG raises, 2 CC, one 3 bet, On the button i've got AQs, I....

In this situation I'm playing if it's suited (which yours is) and folding if it's not. If the 3-better is raising light, I'd cap in your position. If he's been generally tight or is unknown, I'd just call.

With the 2 CCers, no way im folding.

If it was something like raise, 3bet, to me on the button with tight blinds, very read dependent/where raises are coming from. In general, I'd probably call at these limits.
