PARTY SNG\'s - RATE THEM BY LEVEL
I know everyone here is dying to say that the players suck at all levels and that we all money in 80% of our games... but let's be realisitic here. I'm a solid player who mostly grinds 2/4 and 3/6 ring games for a nice profit (average about 300/week) plus some live and online tourney play that I run well at. I play 2 or 3 SNGs per week and usually finish strong in most but I play at the 10 level. I am considering stepping up (have the bankroll to do so) and I was wondering what the relative difficulty was as you move up:
Rate the following PARTY POKER 1-TABLE SNG Levels on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most difficult. $5 $10 $20 $30 $50 $100 Also, common sense says play late nigiht...especially on weekends, for the fishiest games but I was wondering if anyone else had other pointers regarding good times to play. Thanks in advance guys... |

Re: PARTY SNG\'s - RATE THEM BY LEVEL
I can't speak for the higher stakes S&G's, but I actually tend to have trouble with the $5 ones.
First, they aren't a good value because of the 20% juice, but lots of people don't particularly care about the extra 50 cents. I think the main reason I sometimes struggle in those $5 tourneys is because I only start with 800 chips. I'm a patient player, so it feels like a crapshoot. |

Re: PARTY SNG\'s - RATE THEM BY LEVEL
The bottom line is this:
In difficulty 215s are harder then 109s, 109s are harder then 55s... etc. No matter what anyone else tells you I have found this to be true. |
