I dont mind the call from the BB... I think I would lead right out though I hopes that someone reraises. then you can get it all in there... Say flop bet of $20-$28. I always like to bet around the size of the pot, I'm not sure how others would be this.

I think you played this hand fine, especially the flop. The only thing I might do differently is reraise pre in an attempt to isolate with CO.

Any reads?
PF I think is fine since your OOP. Raising can be good too though. Flop I like either leading or check/calling then leading the turn. Check/raising this non draw heavy board lets them off too easily. |

I might check-call the flop and checkraise the turn

Re: Many mistakes I think, can you point some out please.
I was just going to say...what's wrong with calling and betting out on the turn, assuming you chose to slow-play this? It pretty much accomplishes the same thing, but it doesn't look as scarry as a check-raise. There's nothing that can really fall on the turn that'll be terrifying to you.
Also, hands like JJ always puzzle me with these pre-flop situations. If a guy raises into a bunch of callers, or a guy opens and one or two people call, should I be raising or just playing JJ for set value? |

This is definitely a hand to lead the betting with. You welcome callers, you fear no action; let's build a pot. $15-$20 oughta do it.

Re: Many mistakes I think, can you point some out please.
I probably lead the flop for a little over half, maybe 15 or 18. It seems like the typical party donk will bet a full pot when the flop hit him, and he'll bet half the pot or less if it missed him...especially when he's out of position into a bunch of callers. I would try to make it look exactly like this and hope that someone at the table is aggro enough to try to take the pot away from me with a big raise.....that's why I lead for between 15 and 18. Worst case I get a couple of callers, I have a huge pot on the turn so that I can push.

yeah I agree, I think leading the flop would have been best.
