This is def. not the best place to give a free card. I bet this on 4th 100% of the time - you have a good hand but could still be very vunerable if an A falls or seat 7 catches a [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] it could kill your action from seat one.

I like the 3-bet on 5th and play the rest the same.

I would not trap with this hand either. I'm assuming your fourth street check is what you meant when you said "setting traps". Your 8's are totally dead, and you have really only one way to improve this hand - catch another king. So I would double bet fourth and try to scoop the pot then and there. The hand just seems too vulnerable to be overtaken, if you let people play for cheap.

Roland, if you want to play this hand deceptively, double bet 4th, and go for a check raise on 5th. That'd be a real nice kick in the teeth.
